We are pleased to offer our IN-HOME COVID CARE program.
You'll receive our COVID CARE KIT ($250 value), 24 hour support from ER trained providers, including e-prescriptions to manage your symptoms at home. At the end of your quarantine period, you will be re-tested to ensure you are COVID free.
