Advanced Care Provider

A member of nursing team is available to assist you at your location. From immunizations, IV Hydration (included), to provider ordered care, RN HOUSE

CALLS includes (1) one hour of care within our Registered Nurse Scope of Practice. Our nurses are able to collaborate with our on-call ACPs as needed.

RNs HOUSE CALLS starting at $150.00 per hour.

Our Advanced Care Providers, which include our highly skilled and trained Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) are the staple of our practice.

They are able to perform all services offered within our practice at your location. Our board certified ACPs will assess, treat, and even E-prescribe your medications as needed. T

At Minute Medical Care, we are please to exceed your care expectations, by offering DOCTOR HOUSE CALLS.

Although all of our services can managed by our RNs and ACPs, we understand you may want to be seen by a doctor. One of our providers will come to your location and assess, treat, and even E-prescribe your medications as needed.

DOCTOR HOUSE CALLS starting at $400.00 per hour.

TERMS OF HOUSE CALLS SERVICE

MINUTE MEDICAL CARE HOUSE CALLS are subject to availability and should not be used for life-threatening concerns, call 911.

Terms of service and an explanation of expected care will be reviewed by our office staff prior to confirmation of your appointment. Rates listed include the caregiver convenience fee and travel expense. House call fees listed, do not include the cost of medical services or treatments rendered, excluding (1) Liter of IV Hydration.

Insurance billing , self payment , co-pays/deductible rates will apply. HOUSE CALLS can only be scheduled by a member of our office staff. Full payment, including a new patient deposit, must be paid prior to your appointment. Cancellation fee may apply.
